Highwayphoto

The Bradley, Illinois board of Trustees will vote tonight at 6:30 on a resolution that would appropriate $400,000 of Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) funds to maintain the village's streets and highways.

The resolution covers road expenses through the end of 2016.

In a letter to the village board, Lead Engineer Joel Greer with M. Gingerich, Gereaux & Associates said the amount is not necessarily the number that will end up in the village's budget for road repairs, but does earmark the MFT funds that can be used.

The vote will be part of today's village board meeting, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. at the Bradley Municipal Building.
