The Village of Bradley board voted 4-0 Jan. 11 to issue a special use permit for a used car lot on North Kennedy Drive.
Khaleed Shaqildi will operate the lot at 350 N. Kennedy Drive under the business name Franklin Motor Credit Inc.
The permit was approved earlier this month by the Plan Commission, which also held public hearings on the issue.
Board members Eric Cyr and Robert Redmond were absent.
