The Village of Bourbonnais Finance Committee met Friday, April 27.

The Bourbonnais Finance Committee advises the city council on all financial matters related to the village.

Village of Bourbonnais FINANCE COMMITTEE MINUTES

April 27, 2016

Trustee Amiano at the regular board meeting held on April 18, 2016 scheduled a finance committee meeting to take place on April 27, 2016 at 4 p.m.

1. Roll Call:

Trustee Amiano, Village President Schore, Trustee Greenlee, Trustee Fischer, Trustee Keast, Trustee Littrell, Village Treasurer Riebe, Finance Director Wolf, Village Administrator Mike Van Mill, Village Engineer Mike Tyson, and Village Attorney Pat Dunn. Trustee King absent.

2. Review and approve Committee minutes:

A motion made by Trustee Fischer and seconded by Trustee Littrell to approve the committee meeting minutes from April 13, 2016 as presented. Motion passed on a voice vote of 5-0.

3. Bills:

i. General funds bills reviewed: Committee approved. O ii. Special fund bills reviewed: Committee approved.

A motion made by Trustee Littrell and seconded by Trustee Keast to approve the bill list. Motion passed on a voice vote of 5-0.

4. Other:

a. Presentation by Village Engineer Dave Tyson on 2017 Fiscal Road

Program. b. Discussion regarding reroofing the Pavilion at Goselin Park.

Committee recommended tear off existing shingles and replace with brown metal roofing. c. Report on cost of Ash Tree replacements. d. Proposal for replacement sign for Village Administration building.

Need to create specs and put project out to bid. e. Discussion of capital equipment budget for fiscal 2017.

Report on Annual invoice for New World System maintenance. g. Discussion of personnel issues: Motion for Executive Closed Session, a

motion made by Trustee Keast and seconded by Trustee Fischer. Motion passed on a voice vote 5-0. (Trustee King has joined the meeting). Motion to adjourn Executive Session made by Trustee Amiano and O seconded by Trustee Keast. Motion passed on voice vote 6-0.
