Committee Members Present: Jaclyn Dugan-Roof, Don Barber & Lori Gadbois

Committee Members Absent: none

Meeting called to order at 6:15 pm

1.Public Comments: none

2.Review of Bills & Accounts

Motion to accept bills as presented and bring to full board for approval: Trustee Gadbois

Second: Trustee Barber

3.Information presented by Chief Johnston for an updated server updated in the police department in the amount of $10,904.91 (not including labor)

Motion to accept server information and present to full board for approval: Trustee Jaclyn Dugan-Roof

Second: Trustee Gadbois

4.Presentation of 5 bids for the curb and sidewalk program with the lowest amount from Davis Concrete in the amount of $107,490.85. This is a program where residents and village share the cost 50/50. The amount listed is the total amount budgeted and due for sidewalks/curbs identified.

Motion to accept the lowest bid as presented and bring to full board for approval: Trustee Gadbois

Second: Trustee Dugan-Roof

5.Presentation of 2 bids for the Blatt Park Playground equipment installation by Terry Memenga, Public Works with the lowest amount from Mokebar Builders LLC in the amount of $19,750.00.

Motion to accept the lowest big as presented and bring to full board for approval: Trustee Gadbois
