2.Review of Bills & Accounts
Motion to accept bills as presented and bring to full board for approval: Trustee Gadbois

3.Bid from McCullough Implement Company presented by Terry Memenga, Public Works
To purchase a brush mower deck in the amount of $12,750 and will be split into two payments, per the company presented. It was set to be replaced in 2 years but is necessary immediately. Motion to accept mower replacement bit and present to full board for approval: Trustee Gadbois

4.Bids from 5 companies presented and lowest bid was presented by R & R Inc in the amount of $30,816.00.
Motion to accept the lowest bid as presented and bring to full board for approval: Trustee Gadbois
