Motion to accept bills as presented and bring to full board for approval: Trustee Gadbois

Refunding of Rte. 50 TIF Bonds

Presentation by Maureen Barry & John Piemonte from Ehlers regarding the plan to refinance the Rte. 50 TIF Bond and potential savings to the Village in doing so

Motion to recommend the proposal to the full village board: Trustee Barber

Second: Trustee Gadbois

Motion to Adjourn: Trustee Gadbois
