MOTION: A motion by Trustee Crockett, second by Mayor Nugent to approve the minutes from January 23, 2018 meeting. Voice vote – Ayes: Nugent, Boyce, Crockett and Gesky Nays: None. Motion approved.

Discussion Items:

 Parcel Annexation: Mr. LaRocque stated that this parcel came to light when he was working with Mr.

Aggen concerning the updated census map. The parcel is for drainage. This parcel was deeded to the

village in 1996, but was never annexed into the village. The village has been maintained this parcel

         since it was deeded.

 Enclave Addition – Mr. Frank Bradley would like to construct another phase starting with building #8.

The buildings would be smaller than the current one, but the façade would be the same. Mayor Nugent

asked that Mr. Bradley be informed to clean-up the ponds, especially the south one. Mr. Bradley was

also made aware about the potential for a path to go through Enclave. The annexation agreement

stipulates that the path would be allowed.

Mr. Marion will prepare a chart comparing building permit costs with other local municipalities. Once

the sale of the sewer system is completed, the cost of a building permit will be considerably less.

 Section Line Road – Mr. Marion would like to suggest that on Section Line Road from Memorial Park

to Walnut Street that it be listed as “no parking” on that section. The road is 28’ wide. It was suggested

that the north side be designated as no parking allowed. An ordinance will be prepared.

A motion by Trustee Crockett, seconded by Nugent, to adjourn the meeting at 8:19 a.m. Voice vote: all ayes, no nays. Motion approved.
