School Board President Jayne Raef opened the floor for public comments regarding notification of State Board rules and/or School Code mandates regarding ILCS 5/10-20.12 a & b & ILCS 5/2-3.25g Waiving Tuition for Non-Resident Students of Bourbonnais Elementary School District #53 Employees for Bourbonnais Elementary School District No. 53.
