MOTION: A motion by Trustee Dole, second by Trustee Boyce to approve the minutes from July 20, 2021 meeting. Voice vote – all ayes, no nays. Motion approved.

Discussion Items:
• Jones – TIF Grant Request – Mr. Jones was present to request a TIF Façade Grant. He had previously made the TIF request but was asked to come back with more documentation. Mr. Jones presented the updated documentation. The approval for the TIF Façade Grant will be placed on the next village board agenda.
• Rudbeck – TIF Grant Request – Mr. LaRocque stated that Mr. Rudbeck was having difficulty with obtaining drawings. Mr. LaRocque gave Mr. Rudbeck contact information for Carlile Architects. Mr. Rudbeck hopes to have the information for the Finance Committee meeting in September.
• Monthly Department Update – Mr. Marion gave a re-cap of the active new construction, building permits, inspections and commercial projects for July 2021.
• Misc.
o Taylor Ford – Trustee Boyce handed out renderings of a proposed update and construction of a car wash at Taylor Ford. No timeframe is available. The main plans have been approved by Ford, but the drawings have not been approved yet.
o Berkots – Mr. Marion stated the they have submitted preliminary plans for a TIF Façade Grant. They will be presented at the Finance Committee meeting in September.
A motion by Trustee Boyce, seconded by Mayor Nugent, to adjourn the meeting at 7:36 a.m. Voice vote: all ayes, no nays. Motion approved.
