• ORDINANCE authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Bonds (Alternate Revenue Source), in one or more series, of the County of Kankakee, Illinois, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $1,500,000 for the purpose of financing various capital improvements within the County, including, but not limited to, building and equipping an addition and improvements to an animal control facility within the County, including, in connection with said work, acquisition of all land or rights in land, mechanical, electrical, and other services necessary, useful, or advisable thereto, paying certain costs of issuance thereof, and providing for the levy of a direct annual tax sufficient to pay the principal of and interest on said bonds (164)
