a. Proposed map amendment to change the zoning classification of 384 S. Forest, Parcel # 17-09-29-301-002 from M (Industrial) to a R-3(single family residence).

b. To amend chapter 60 (Zoning) Article IV of the Bradley Zoning Ordinance, Sec.60-126 R-6 general residence district. Specifically (4) b. Reducing dwelling density from 12 units an acre to 8 units per acre.
