Rules of Procedure for the Public Hearing concerning the request by Transform Manteno IL LLC (Owner) and Gotion, Inc. (Applicant) to change the zoning of the property located at 333 South Spruce Street, Manteno, Illinois 60950 from I-1 Light Industrial to I-2 Heavy Industrial.
