CALL MEETING TO ORDER: Dr. Zumwalt, Chairman called the Iroquois County Public Health Department Board of Health Finance Committee meeting to order at 12:06 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2023, in the Iroquois County Public Health Department Administration Office. Roll call was taken.
APPROVE AGENDA: Mrs. Barbara Offill made a motion to approve the agenda. Motion seconded by Lisa Breymeyer and approved by voice vote.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: N/A
REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF CLAIMS FOR JANUARY 2023: A claims listing for January 2023 was distributed for review and approval. Lisa Breymeyer made a motion to accept the January 2023 claims. Motion seconded Barbara Offill and was approved by roll call vote: Aye – Lisa Breymeyer, Barbara Offill, and Dr. Phillip Zumwalt.
REVIEW FINANCIAL DATA FOR JANUARY 2023: Financial data for January 2023 was distributed for review. Discussion was held regarding the mass vaccination grant and sending funds back to the state of Illinois. A copy of the ICPHD grants and contracts list along with a summary report of programs through November 2022 was distributed for review and discussion.
EXECUTIVE SESSION 5 ILCS 120/2(c): The Appointment, Employment, and Compensation of Public Employees: Lisa Breymeyer made a motion to enter executive session. Motion seconded by Barbara Offill. Approved by voice vote at 12:33 PM
At 1:13 PM, Lisa Breymeyer moved to leave executive session and return to regular session. Motion seconded by Barbara Offill and was approved by voice vote.
