The meeting of the Kankakee County Planning, Zoning & Agriculture Committee was called to order by Committee Chairman, Mr. Fetherling at 9:00am. The following members were present:
Mr. Fetherling, Mr. Miller, Ms. Peters, Mr. Fairfield, Mr. Snipes, Mr. Ekhoff, Mr. Kerkstra, Ms. Hudson, and Mr. Wheeler
Members Absent –Mr. Payton, Mr. Dunnill, Mr. Tholen, Ms. Bryan, Mr. Collins, Mr. Alexander-Hildebrand and Mr. Gowler
Quorum – Present
Department Heads Present – Theresa Goudie, Delbert Skimerhorn, Ben Wilson
Media Present – None
Public Commentary – None
Minutes of the Last Meeting
The minutes of February 16, 2022 were submitted to the committee for approval.
Ms. Hudson made a motion to approve and Mr. Fairfield seconded the motion. Motion passed with a voice vote.

Mr. Skimerhorn reviewed the report with the committee.
Mr. Ekhoff made a motion to combine and Approve and Mr. Kerkstra seconded it. Motion carried with a voice vote.
Zoning

Mr. Skimerhorn provided the committee with a review on the Zoning Process with a PowerPoint presentation.
Discussions were held.
Mr. Fairfield requested the presentation be sent out by email. Mr. Skimerhorn advised he would do that after the meeting.

Mr. Kerkstra made the motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:58 a.m. Ms. Hudson seconded the motion. Motion carried by a voice vote.
