The Kankakee City Council will hold its regular meeting Monday at the Donald E. Green Public Safety Center.
The council will consider an application from Clancy Funeral Homes to build a crematorium at 1898 West Court St. The decision will be based on the findings of the Planning Board, which will be discussed at the meeting.
The council will also authorize the sale of surplus Police Department property, reassign handicapped parking spaces and approve its 2016 meeting dates.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 p.m.
