The Kankakee County Highway and Building Committee will meet Thursday at the Kankakee County Administration Building.
After approving previous meeting minutes, the committee will discuss any current bids as well as the County Engineer's pay estimates.
They will also consider an update on the motor fuel tax, whose revenues have been withheld from local communities amid the state's budget stalemate.
The only new business on the agenda is to vote on approving the county's purchase of a 2016 tandem axle rear dump truck.
The meeting is scheduled for 9 a.m.
