Close to 100 Olivet Nazarene University (ONU) students will participate in the school's Missions in Action program during their upcoming spring break from March 5 to March 13.
Students will preach, teach and work in various sites in Chicago, Indianapolis, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Honduras and Haiti.
“This year, all of the spring break mission trips involve a return to developing partnerships,” ONU Director of Missions and Student Ministries Jennifer McClellan said. “We believe this will increase the long-term impact for the people we are serving as well as the members of our teams.”
The mission trips coincide with the Hope Project, an ONU initiative working to demonstrate and celebrate the ways in which ONU students find and create purpose in their lives.
