The Bradley board unanimously agreed Feb. 8 to open up bidding for a new salt storage facility.
The board's move followed a recommendation from the Bradley Public Works Committee.
The village also announced that the Super KMart store in Bradley will be closing May 8 and that the property has been sold to Meijer.
Village officials also presented departmental reports, and public works officials said the village filled 296 potholes in January. The Building Standards Committee noted 45 building permits issued, including five building permits in the Enterprise Zone.
The meeting was adjourned after 25 minutes.
