The Momence Budget and Finance Committee met Monday at the police department to prepare the bills to be approved by city council.
Committee Chair Dianne Denton was expected to lead the discussion.
The committee met approximately 15 minutes before the council meeting, which was expected to begin at 7:30 p.m.
