The Manteno Finance Committee will discuss the village's 2016-2017 budget Thursday at Manteno Village Hall.
The committee will also discuss an amendment to the current budget, health and dental rates for village employees, and a proposal to lease property at the village's cell tower on West Cook Street.
The meeting is scheduled for 7 a.m.
