The Bourbonnais Public Library District board met Jan 25 at the library to announce an opportunity for professional development.
Library Director Diana Dillinger said each of the trustees was invited to attend a workshop for trustees held by the Illinois Library Association Feb 13 at the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook.
The trustees also discussed its marketing efforts and approved the payment of bills.
The meeting was adjourned after 20 minutes.
The Bourbonnais Public Library board includes President David Stejkowski, Vice President Sandra Beaupre, Secretary Mary Kay Blankestyn, Treasurer Ellen Stringer, Judith Smead, Patricia Paul, and Natalie Netherton.
