3. Introductions of Guests and Public Comment The school board assembles to conduct its business in public, a distinction from conducting a public meeting. Individuals may present ideas or concerns regarding St. George School District CCSD No. 258. The school board will take no action on public comments at this meeting. Such items will be referred to the appropriate administrator or school board committee for research and consideration. A follow-up report will be made to the school board at a future meeting. The school board president shall determine the amount of time spent for audience participation. This is customarily not more than five minutes per presenter. All present shall sign in to be recognized.
