Memorial bricks are now being offered by the Kankakee County Police & Fire Memorial Committee to be placed in the memorial site on the Kankakee County Courthouse lawn, the county announced recently.
Individuals can purchase a brick for a minimum donation of $75. The 6-by-8-inch bricks can be personalized with a maximum of three lines with 13 characters per line, including spaces. The purchaser may personalize the brick with an individual or organization's name.
The order form is available here. If multiple bricks are purchased, each must have a separate order form.
The pdf order form may be downloaded and saved to a personal computer. Mail the completed form(s) with a check to Lt. Chad Gessner, Kankakee County Police/Fire Memorial, 3000 S. Justice Way, Kankakee, IL.
The Kankakee County Police & Fire Memorial Committee is a non-profit organization established in 2002. Donations are tax deductible.
