A detailed review of individual fines revealed that Citizens for Mikan was the only campaign committee in Reddick that was delinquent in payment for January 2017, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.
The largest fine that Citizens for Mikan has yet to pay was imposed on June 8, 2015, for a late quarterly report. The amount of this fine alone is $2,700.
