Ninety-five Kankakee Community College students have earned a spot on the president’s list for their academic performance over the 2017 summer term, achieving a grade point average of 3.80 or higher while completing six or more semester hours, according to a press release.
Bourbonnais and Kankakee boasted the most students on the list. Students from Bourbonnais include Blake Anderson, Jesus Andrade, Hannah Bacon, Luke Blanchette, Tabatha Buss, Kate Butterfield, Morgan Byers, Evan Dandurand, Taylor Davis, Von Dunbar, Alexandra Edwards, Amy Eley, Rebecca Green, Hannah Lance, Riahna McLean, Samantha Nicholson, Amber Parks, Erik Phelps, Shaena Proctor, Adrian Roberts, Kimberly Roggendorf, Victoria Sikma and Allison Weedon.
Kankakee was represented by Jatupat Benjasiriroj, Alison Buttemeier, Anthony Engelman, Morgan Fiets, Julisa Garcia, Nicole Harris, Taylor Hartman, Austin Jarnagin, Charles Jasinski, Holly Kropp, Drew Lergner, Brian McCreadie, Braden Muhlstadt, Patricia Munoz, Brooke Panozzo, Erica Paulissen, Zachary Richey, Brody Ryan, Lucas Szczepanski, Lateefah Thomas and Ellana Turrell.
Eight students from Manateno – Connor Blanchette, Vianney Calderon, Jonathan Dokter, Lois Fitzgerald, Chase Jernigan, Allison LoCascio, Andrew Newsom and Wesley Zajicek – made the list, as did seven from Bradley: Hailee Balk, Jasmine Davis, Derek Jepsen, Marlena Kalafut, Joshua Ollom, Nathan Rosas and Pedro Santos.
Mia Billings, Michael Hill, Brandy Reardanz and Megan VanVoorst of Bonfield joined Alyssa Denault, Emily Guimond, Jacob Schoolman and Katie Sobodas of Herscher on the list. From Watseka, Lisa Dethrow, Samantha Fierstein and Rebecca Johnson were honored, as were three St. Anne students: Stefanie Hilbert, Michael Hoekstra and Lydia Salgado.
