Call to Order: The meeting of the Franchise, License, and Administration Committee was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Trustee Fischer at the Municipal Center Community Room.
1. Roll Call Present for roll call was Mayor Paul Schore, Trustee Fischer, Trustee Greenlee, Trustee King, Trustee Keast, Trustee Littrell, and Trustee Serafini. Also in attendance were Village Treasurer Riebe, Finance Director Wolf, Police Chief Phelps and Village Attorney Dunn. Also in attendance were several members of Administration at BESD53 and guests.

8. Adjournment And Time: A motion was made by Trustee Keast and seconded by Trustee King to adjourn the committee meeting. Motion passed on a voice vote of 6-0 and the meeting adjourned at 7:47 p.m.
