Village of Bourbonnais Community and Economic Development Committee met Feb. 13.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
1. Roll Call
Present for roll call was Village President Schore, Trustee Amiano, Trustee Greenlee, Trustee Fischer, Trustee King, Trustee Keast, and Trustee Littrell. Also present Village Administrator Van Mill, Finance Director Wolf, Assistant Administrator Laurie Wimberly, Treasurer Riebe, Village Attorney Pat Dunn and Village Engineer Tyson are all present. Also in attendance, Staci Wilken, Don Anderson and Bob Steinke.
2. Approval of Minutes:
A motion was made by Trustee Keast and seconded by Trustee Littrell to approve the minutes from January 8, 2017 as presented. Motion passed on a Voice vote of 6-0.
3. Other Business:
a. Ed Hayes Dedication - Discussion of retirement from Planning Commission.
b. CTAP (Community Tourism Action Plan) - Presentation by Don Anderson and Staci Witken on funds available for Tourism promotion. (Powerpoint attached).

7. Adjournment and Time
A motion was made by Trustee Littrell and seconded by Trustee Greenlee to adjourn the Committee meeting. Motion passed on a voice vote of 6-0 and the meeting adjourned at 5:36 p.m.
