1.Call to Order

The meeting was called to order by the Committee Chairman, Mr. LaGesse, at 8:45 a. m. Quorum present.

2. Public Comment

None

3. Bidding and Letting

a) 17-00000-00-PK (Parking Lot Overlay)

Mr. Hess made a motion to open the bids, and Mr. Washington seconded it. Motion carried with a voice vote.

Mr. Rogers opened the bids and read them to the committee.

Mr. Sirois made a motion to accept the bids as read, conditioned upon review of the bid tabulations and responsibility of bidder, and Mr. Payton seconded it. Motion carried with a roll call vote of 13 ayes and 0 nays. Voting aye were Mr. LaGesse, Mr. Vickery, Mr. Washington, Mr. Hess, Mr. Mulcahy, Mr. Skutt, Mr. Sirois, Mr. Hildebrand, Mr. Einfeldt, Ms. Webber, Mr. Payton, Mr. Ritter, and Mr. Wheeler.

4. Adjournment

A motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:54 a.m. was made by Mr. Skutt, and Mr. Mulcahy seconded it. Motion carried.
