A special meeting of the Board of Education of Kankakee School District No. 111, Kankakee County, Illinois, was held at 6:00 p.m. in the Library at Kankakee High School, 1200 West Jeffery Street, Kankakee, Illinois.

A quorum was declared present.
Meeting with the Board was:

Vice President, Karen Johnston, presented and asked if there were any questions and hearing none, asked for a Roll Call Vote.
Motion was made by Gathing, seconded by Archie, to approve the Kankakee High School Abatement Project Bid as presented. ROLL CALL Vote--Ayes: Gathing, Johnston, Shea, and Archie. Nays: none. Motion carried.
2. Kankakee High School Construction Project Bid
Vice President, Karen Johnston, presented and asked if there were any questions and hearing none, asked for a Roll Call Vote.
Motion was made by Gathing, seconded by Archie, to approve the Kankakee High School Construction Bid as presented. ROLL CALL VOTE – Ayes: Johnston, Shea, Archie, and Gathing. Nays: none. Motion carried.
At 6:03 p.m., a motion was made by Shea, seconded by Archie to adjourn the meeting. All ayes; motion carried.
