City of Watseka Joint Review Board will meet April 17.
Here is the agenda provided by the Board:
Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the City of Watseka will be conducting a combined meeting of the Watseka TIF III and TIF IV Districts Joint Review Board on Tuesday, April 17, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. at the Watseka Municipal Center, 201 Brianna Drive, Watseka, Illinois, 60970.
Per the TIF Act (65 ILCS 5/11-74.4-3 et seq.), the Joint Review Board (JRB) for the above referenced City of Watseka TIF Districts shall consist of a representative selected by each community college district, local community unit school district, park district, library district, township, and county that has the authority to directly levy taxes on the property within the redevelopment project areas; a representative of the municipality; and a public member appointed by the members of the JRB.
Said Meeting will be open to the public. A copy of the agenda for said meeting is attached. The Annual Reports for TIF III and TIF IV for the period ending April 30, 2017 are enclosed for distribution to the JRB members.
