Analysis: Bradley pays $3.33 for every $1 pensioners contribute to Bradley Police Pension Fund

Taxpayers contributed 76.9 percent of the $1,113,708 the Bradley Police Pension Fund brought in last year, or $3.33 for every $1 from pension members, according to a Kankakee Times analysis of the latest data reported to the Illinois Department of Insurance Pension Division.

In all, Bradley contributed $856,951 to the fund, which saw a $34,985 increase in revenue over 2015. Members contributed $256,757, or 23.1 percent, in 2016.
