     A. Approve Agriculture courses to be added to HS Course Selection Guide.

     B. Approve Dual Credit agreement with Tri-Point CUSD # 6J for KCC courses.

     C. Approve early dismissal time for staff development for 2018 – 19 school year.

XI. New Business:

     C. Approve contract for Athletic Trainer services between Donovan and Gibson

          Area Hospital for 2018 – 19, 2019 – 20 and 2020 – 21 school years at $2000 per

          year.

     D. Approve 2018 – 19 High School Student/Parent Handbook.

     E. Approve HS Boys Basketball overnight trip to Greenville College.

     F. Executive Session: To discuss the appointment, employment, compensation,

         discipline and performance of specific employees of the District; individual student

         concerns; leasing of district property and security procedures.

     G. Approve Executive Session minutes.

     H. Personnel:

          1. Post summer work crew positions as follows:

               a. Two positions, six to eight hours per day (as needed) for landscaping, painting

                   and building cleaning crew;

               b. One other full time, eight hours per day, position to be assigned to either

                    building as needed and

               c. Two to four HS age students, seven and a half hours per day, to be assigned as

                    needed.

          2. Honorably Dismiss Paraprofessional Bill Milan, effective June 6, 2018.

          3. Honorably Dismiss Paraprofessional Nicole Brisco, effective June 6, 2018.

          4. Honorably Dismiss Paraprofessional Kim Yates, effective June 6, 2018.

          5. Appoint Fleet Manager effective with the 2018 – 19 school year.

          6. Add Ms. Michelle Andreina to the certified substitute teacher list.

          7. Appoint Randy Fortin as Volunteer HS Baseball Coach.
