Iroquois County Community Unit School District 9 Board met April 10.

PRESENT:
James Bruns, President, called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. In attendance were Crystal Blair, Bob Burd, Brittany Cluver, Kirk McTaggart, Gina Greene, and Rusty Maulding. Also present were: James Bunting and Dr. Jeffrey Alstadt.
NEW BUSINESS:
Consideration and possible approval of school district reorganization feasibility study. It was moved by Bob Burd and second by Crystal Blair to approve a School District Reorganization feasibility study agreement with Dr. William Phillips, not to exceed $6,500.00. Roll call. Aye: 7. Nay: 0. Motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
It was moved by Gina Greene and second by Brittany Cluver to enter executive session at 5:31 p.m. to consider information regarding appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of individual employees, collective negotiations, and impending litigation. Roll call. Aye: 7. Nay: 0. Motion carried. It was the consensus of the Board to return to open session at 9:19 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT:
It was moved by Brittany Cluver and second by Gina Greene to adjourn the meeting at 9:20 p.m. Roll call. Aye: 7. Nay: 0. Motion carried.
