Riverside Medical Center issued the following announcement on June 26.
Riverside Healthcare is pleased to welcome Nurse Practitioner, Kimberly White. White is now seeing patients at the Riverside Heart & Vascular Institute, Cardiology Specialists located at 500 N. Wall Street in Kankakee, IL.
White received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner from Olivet Nazarene University in Bourbonnais, IL. She has several years of nursing experience, which led her to pursue her family nurse practitioner degree. White is a certified emergency nurse as well as a trauma nurse specialist.
In addition to her education, she is a member of the American Nurses Association, the Emergency Nurses Association, the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing.
