Village of Bourbonnais issued the following announcement on Sept. 12.
Effective immediately, West Avenue from Emery Drive to Kim Drive will be closed to through traffic for approximately one to two weeks.
We appreciate everyone's patience as the sewer interceptor project moves through your neighborhood and apologize for the inconvenience! (Please note: the roads will be fixed and repaved following the completion of the project!)
