City of Kankakee issued the following announcement on Nov. 3.
Jennifer Hering, Administrator, Proegler School will be hosting a Listening Session with Kankakee United. This session is to give community members a voice in creating our Public Safety Plan. This session will allow you to voice your concerns, your ideas, and ask any questions you have for the Kankakee United Team to help make Kankakee a safer, healthier and more hopeful city. Our vision is for all children and young adults in the City of Kankakee to have positive, enriching experiences and relationships necessary to succeed.
