City of Kankakee issued the following announcement on Dec. 19.
Mayor Wells-Armstrong and the City of Kankakee wish to extend our families, visitors, and friends a very happy holiday season. We are grateful for another year to serve the community and value the achievements of the Kankakee Forward agenda.
