Chief Phil Arnold and the City of Wilmington Police Department participated in No-Shave November to raise $1,500 for Riverside Cancer Care patients. The department raised the dollars in honor of retired officer, Rick Juster. Join us in thanking Rick, his family, and the Wilmington Police Department for this thoughtful gift!
