How did Nina Epstein spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Nina Epstein's election campaign committee, Nina Epstein for Mayor, spent $16,745 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Epstein's committee spent the most on printing/mailing in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,034) going to Adcraft Printers in Kankakee. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Epstein's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
