Village of Bradley Insurance & Finance Committee met March 25.

Members Present: Chairperson Allen, Trustee Gadbois and Trustee Barber
Others Present: Mayor Adams, Trustee Balthazor, Trustee Redmond and Trustee Watson.

Public Comment –None
The meeting was called to order at 6:15 pm. A motion was made by Trustee Barber and seconded by Trustee Gadbois to recommend for approval bills in check runs dated March 22. Questions were raised on liquor commission hearing costs, appraisal costs, tickets to the United Way dinner and a contribution to the Economic Alliance. Questions were answered to satisfaction, all were in favor.
There was discussion on obtaining a GFOA Distinguished Budget Award which the Treasurer will achieve this year. This could “look good” to bond rating agencies. Budget meetings were set for April 4 and April 11.
A motion to adjourn the meeting was made at 6:31 pm by Trustee Gadbois and seconded by Trustee Barber. All were in favor.
