Bourbonnais home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Bourbonnais fell by $21,750 while total sales decreased by 90.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $152,000 - a 12.5% decrease over the $173,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Bourbonnais in the second quarter of 2018.
