Mark Twain

Donation

Mark Twain Primary School would like to extend our sincere gratitude to BSI Engineering for their recent donation of $3,500 to support math fluency proficiency for Mark Twain’s future engineers. They sponsored the Reflex Math Program last year which proved very beneficial in developing fluency for our students. The donation received at this time of the school year means we will be able to upload our new second graders right away and not have any down time once our last subscription expires!

Thank you, Stephanie Chaplinski, for initiating this communication with BSI Engineering and soliciting their support.

Taft

Recognition

Taft would like to thank the building and grounds team for making the front hall and gym/cafeteria very warm and inviting. Taft has received very positive feedback.

Taft

Taft Primary school would like to thank Tywon Bender for donating a tote full of book bags and supplies.

King

 Donation

King Middle school is grateful to Ms. Jennifer Johnson, a Kankakee community member who donated several bags of school supplies including, notebooks, index cards, glue sticks and paper to our students.

 Dr. Walters addressed rumor busters, structure and expectations for the high school. She reiterated that the expectations are not new and that the safety of the students is very important.
