-Approved minutes from June 9th and October 14th meetings: June 9th minutes were approved by Joe and Tracy at 6:18pm and October 14th minutes were approved by Joe and Mike at 6:18 pm.
-Reviewed treasurer report and approved it: Included payment to Watseka Ford

-Joe motioned to adjourn at 6:37pm and Tracy second it
