Kankakee County Sheriff issued the following announcement on Feb. 6.
The Kankakee County Sheriff's Office and the Aroma Park Police Department have responded to numerous car burglaries that have occurred overnight. All of the vehicles reported thus far appear to have been left unsecured. If anyone has any information regarding the burglaries, or if you have surveillance footage of the suspects, we encourage you to contact the Sheriff's Investigations Bureau (815-802-7150) or the Aroma Park Police Department.
