1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, Mr. Wheeler, at 9:49 a.m. Quorum present.
Mr. Wheeler noted that there is only one per diem that will be made for the day, even though there were multiple meetings.

4. Approval of Minutes: November 26, 2019
Mr. Byrne made to approve the minutes, and Mr. Payton seconded it. Motion carried with a voice vote.

8. Health Department – John Bevis

Quarterly Report of the Regional Superintendent of Schools, Iroquois and Kankakee Counties
Mr. Washington made a motion to accept the report, and Mr. Byrne seconded it. Motion carried with a voice vote.
10. Veterans Assistance Commission – Karen Smietanski

There were no questions or comments from the committee
Mr. Liehr made a motion to accept the report, and Ms. Webber seconded it.
Motion carried with a voice vote.

12. Administrative Issues
Resignations/Appointments/Reappointments:
Mr. Wheeler read the appointments and reappointments to the committee.
Appointment of Cole Jarvis to the Historic Preservation Commission (Architect)
Appointment of George H. Ryan Jr. to the Kankakee Valley Airport Authority
Mr. Kinzinger made a motion to combine and approve the appointments, and Mr. Payton seconded it.
Motion carried with a voice vote.

One Opening on the Exline Creek Drainage District
Two Openings on the Kankakee County Regional Planning Commission
