Limestone home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Limestone fell by $17,550 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,900 - a 10.9% decrease over the $160,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Limestone in the first quarter of 2019.
