87 Kankakee County residents in their sixties test positive for COVID-19

As of May 25, there have been 87 Kankakee County residents in their sixties who have tested positive for COVID-19, according to numbers being reported to the Illinois Department of Public Health.

There have been 987 residents in their sixties in the county who had been tested, meaning that eight percent of those tested have the coronavirus. Through May 25, there have been 799 confirmed COVID-19 cases and 42 deaths from the coronavirus in Kankakee County.
