Kankakee County Farm Bureau issued the following announcement on July 13.
Ready for some fun, friendly competition while raising money for Illinois Ag in the Classroom (IAITC)? Register by July 27 for the 24th Annual IAITC Golf Outing Aug. 10 at the Elks Country Club in Pontiac.
The registration fee is $140 per golfer or $560 per foursome. In addition, a Fast Pass grants access to all on-course contests and mulligans for just $30 per golfer.
All registration fees must be paid by July 27. Cash will not be accepted at the event due to COVID-19 precautions. Upon arrival, golf carts will be distanced 6 feet apart. Social distancing and masks will be encouraged.
Instead of the traditional banquet, an enhanced lunch and additional golfer experiences will be provided. Awards will be announced the next day via social media and email, with prizes mailed to winners.
