1. Call to Order/Roll Call
The meeting was called to order by the County Board Chairman, Mr. Wheeler, at 9:00 a.m.
Quorum present.
Mr. Wheeler confirmed with Ms. Webber that she approved him running the meeting.

3. Announcements
4. Approval of Minutes: February 18, 2020 and March 17, 2020
Ms. Polk made a motion to combine and approve the minutes and Mr. Ekhoff seconded it.
Motion carried with a voice vote.
4. County Clerk – Dan Hendrickson
• Monthly Report
Ms. Parker made a motion to approve the monthly report, and Mr. Carrico seconded it.
Motion carried with a voice vote.
Mr. Hendrickson reviewed his report with the committee.
Mr. Hendrickson updated the committee on the possible law changes for the November election with mail voting. It would cost $3.25 for each ballot and with the number of registered voters that are in the county, the cost would be about $216,000.
The committee discussed the changes that would occur with mail in voting.
5. Assessor – Erich Blair
• Monthly Report
Mr. Kerkstra made a motion to approve the monthly report, and Mr. Snipes seconded it.
Motion carried with voice vote.
Mr. Blair reviewed and discussed the report with the committee.
Mr. Blair advised that there was an opening on the Farmland Review Committee.
6. Recorder – Lori Gadbois
• Monthly Reports
Mr. Ekhoff made a motion to approve the monthly report, and Ms. Peters seconded it.
Motion carried with a voice vote.
Ms. Gadbois reviewed the report with the committee.
7. Animal Control – Kari Laird
• Monthly Report
• Monthly Statistical Data
Mr. Zuccollo made a motion to approve the monthly report, and Mr. Snipes seconded it.
Motion carried with a voice vote.
Ms. Laird updated and reviewed the report with the committee.
8. Animal Welfare Advisory Committee – Tinker Parker
• Monthly Update
Ms. Parker advised that they haven’t met since March due to COVID.
Ms. Parker advised that she has received some emails regarding animal welfare at the swap meets. Ms. Parker advised that there has not been a swap meet yet and farm animlas fall under
the Department of Agriculture.
Ms. Parker noticed an increase in animal adoption with COVID and cautioned people to be mindful of the animals once they have to return to work.

Mr. Kerkstra made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 9:32 a.m., and Ms. Zuccollo seconded it. Motion carried with a voice vote.
