Limestone home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Limestone fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 11.5% decrease over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Limestone in the third quarter of 2019.
